I love this product. I got my update to work again, but i am not getting anything about the new version, 3.560. I am getting virus updates, but not product updates. Anyone know if it will automatically find it, or do i have to find a way to get the version off their site?

From reading the messages on ESET's web site, it looks like ESET NOD32 Antivirus v3.0 is a free upgrade to current NOD32 v2.70 users, but they have not started performing web updates yet so you need to manually download and install it over the current version of the software.

I've successfully downloaded the latest "ESET NOD32 3.0 Antivirus for Win XP/2000/Vista" but can't seem to get the "ESET Smart Security for Win XP/2000/Vista" to download with any code.

Is this site JUST for the anti-virus download or should I be able to download either package??

the codes from that website are valid for UPDATING both ESS and NOD32.

However, they only allow you to download the NOD32 file from the ESET website.
