This is the initial consumer release version 1.0.39 July 13th, 2010.https://www.srslabs.com/store/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=38I pulled the sharecode I listed when starting this topic due to problems with registering and compatibility issues on Windows 7 x64 & x86. I tried this on a fresh install of both just so I could be sure it wasn't software or driver conflict. Use at your own risk. dishwara Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 I already have SRS sandbox installed & i disabled it & installed SRS HD with the serial found on paste.org in windows 7 x86, The serial is not working. Sandbox can able to convert stereo to 5.1 while SRS HD can't able to convert.I dont know its me or everyone having this problem.Also sandbox, shows the 6 channels output by graphics while SRS HD not.Anyway i am going to uninstall all & try SRS HD only from the share codes by jofre.But the serial is same as paste.org & the last set of serial has 3 characters instead of 4 (94a?)Thanks jofre. I am using the "reference heavy" setting with $100 Sony Bookshelf system from Wally World and this is really impressive for clarity. I am using Splash Pro with "stereo surround" to get that "true surround" effect. I think this is a winner! It's definitely better sounding than SRS. The only thing it's missing is virtual surround. I use Magnifying Glass with Range:50, Power: 50, Speed: 25, Bass Boost: 10 (sometimes I put to max, depends on song), Bass Shape: 0. I have this speakers and they sound even more powerful now.Cheers ;)EDIT: Just noticed one issue. Not big, but really annoying. I can't control volume using Windows volume control. I have to use this application, which does not have any hotkeys, and my keyboard buttons can't be used now, too. Maybe this is problem with Windows 7 since it's not officially supported. Anyone else have this problem?I also can't control the volume using the Volume Control on the Win7 using Breakaway Audio Enhancer. I'm using the latest version of the audio controller Realtek High Definition Audio Driver R2.50. On site Breakaway Audio Enhancer says it supports up to Win Vista. I have not had any more problems. Dotnetnightmare Posted July 27, 2010 Author Share Posted July 27, 2010 I uninstalled Breakaway & Reinstalled SRS sandbox, what a difference! Immediately reinstalled Breakaway! To control audio in Win7 I had to select volume control options by right clicking on the tray volume, then selecting the check for my default audio device, for me "VIA High Definition Audio". Now when I use the volume I have 2 sliders, 1 for Breakaway which does NOTHING & the 2 is the normal volume control which WORKS as normal. Problem SOLVED.
