DVDFab is all-in-one DVD copying/converting/burning software. In just one or two steps, you can copy any DVD to DVDR/PSP/iPod/etc. DVDFab is brand new, is completely rewritten, is based on more than 6 years of DVD copy software development. It allows you to remove all DVD copy protections, like CSS, CPPM, RC, RCE, APS, UOPs, ARccOS, RipGuard, FluxDVD, CORE X2, etc. It is constantly updated to support latest DVD copy protections and has a very fast copying speed, normally it's about 10 - 20 minutes.

Thanks to Astron for the update.

Can someone with a CUDA capable video card test the Converter feature using CUDA for the decoder and encoder. I've been noticing encoding glitches for several versions now. Just convert using a mkv or mp4 making it smaller.  I end up with freezing and color boxes at times on the screen. Almost like its a distorted picture in picture.

I don't see the issue with Intel or Software for the decoder.

I tested the Portable x64 version and I noticed:

  • stealth application
    • no leftovers in the filesystem
    • except for firewall rules, no leftovers in the system registry
  • fully portable application
    • settings are preserved
    • I moved the main folder and everything worked as expected. I suppose that the same happens moving the main folder to another PC but, for now, I can't execute the test

I don't use DVDfab, so, I have no experience about it but, in my opinion, could be good having the Downloader integrated in the main program

The license's problem, I mentioned in another post, it's surely related to Windows 10 only. Even if UAC is disabled, the launcher needs to be executed with admin rights (1st start only), otherwise, it can't add the rules to the Windows firewall. So, you could add a note, and also explain that, who uses a different firewall, he must manually add the rules (in case, the needed rules must be specified too)

Also, I noticed the recent modifications (principally, in DVDFabPortable.ini), in my opinion they are ok

Thanks for your effort, it's a good solution

This is an example of the issue that shows at times.

    • For this reason, as I said before in another post, they cannot be automatically deleted because the various keys of the firewall rules always change in number and differ from PC to PC.

I don't think it can be done because the Downloader is a separate program and is not included in DVDFab, it is also frequently updated and the various files are in the Downloader's own folder.

I have not found any license bugs and I use Windows 10 x64, when I start the program the Anti-Piracy warning is no longer displayed and DVDFab is correctly registered with a license that never expires, in case you ever let me know if you displays Anti-Piracy warning or not.

I will do it the next time a new version of DVDFab is released.

Is there a way to get rid of the black theme ???   Very Annoying for me,  and DVD Fab seems more prone to crash on my  Win10 x64 Workstation.

Got the piracy warning on first start in Admin mode,  never came back after restart   "Portable Edition"

If you have installed the "Installer" version + the "Portable" version on the same PC it is normal that you receive the Anti-Piracy warning.
Try to uninstall the "Installer" version and then extract a "clean" version of the "Portable" from the .rar and you will see that the Anti-Piracy warning no longer appears.
