This is not final RTM build.

Here is download link of Windows 10, Version 2004 pre-Final 19041.113 ISO ENGLISH|RUSSIAN x64

https://cloclo22.cldmail.ru/22vnACwZiQd8XQ3VBxsA/G/Bx5X/2MwvbCqWP/19041.113.200224-1720.VB_RELEASE_SVC_PROD3_CLIENTMULTICOMBINED_UUP_X64FRE_NETFX_EN-US_RU-RU.ISO?key=cebdaab409877bfa90361e8dd9eab269a3dfbd67&key=cebdaab409877bfa90361e8dd9eab269a3dfbd67

Changelog:

  • Addresses an issue that might block digital rights management (DRM) video playback in apps that depend on the Windows 8.0 or later PlayReady Store Framework for content protection.
  • Updates the copyright date for Windows 10, version 2004 to the year 2020.
  • Addresses an issue that causes the Notepad icon to appear on the Start menu after uninstalling the Feature-on-Demand (FOD) version of Notepad.
  • Addresses an issue that might cause some systems to stop responding at sign in because several background services are being hosted in the same service host process.
  • Addresses an issue with the Your Phone app that might cause the copying of large PC files (such as images) to certain phone models to time out.
  • Addresses an issue with cellular data for certain mobile carriers that might prevent connectivity on Microsoft Surface Pro X.
  • Addresses an issue that fails to pin the new Microsoft Edge icon to the taskbar after a user installs the new Microsoft Edge and creates a new user profile on the device.
  • Addresses an issue that prevents some users from signing out because the user session stops responding.

Known issues

  • We are aware Narrator and NVDA users that seek the latest release of Microsoft Edge based on Chromium may experience some difficulty when navigating and reading certain web content. Narrator, NVDA and the Edge teams are aware of these issues. Users of legacy Microsoft Edge will not be affected. NVAccess has released a NVDA 2019.3 that resolves the known issue with Edge.

Then @sweet_17 please remove the name RTM from the topic because it acts as a clickbait :@

Edit: Why has the name still not been updated/corrected if this iso is NOT THE FINAL RTM? @[email protected] @Mach1@steven36@T3rM1nat0Rr3@Sylence

Edited by Ha91
The post name as per my complaint (already/still stated in the post) was not catered to by the post creator and/or admins!

I think feature update is the one needed to transfer to the 20H1 version (ex from 19H1 to 20H1). whereas the cumulative update is the constant update (Quality update) for the 20H1 build?

an Insider Preview is not a RTM . infact an Insider Preview will only last so long.
its ok to test with but not some thing you would have on a main rig for the long run..

should put on title that its a insider preview version.. and not RTM..

its just  click bait for views...

How to download Windows 10 1904 ISO?

To download the latest ISO file, visit the Windows Insider program website and login with your Microsoft account. Then, scroll down and choose “Windows 10 Insider Preview (SLOW) – Build 19041” from the Select edition drop-down menu and click on Confirm. Make sure you are subscribed to the Insider program via your MS account.

Next, pick your preferred language and click on Confirm. It’ll take a few minutes for the validation process to finish before the download begins. However, keep an eye on it, as reported by a few users, the validation process tends to get stuck for hours. In that case, you might have to follow all the steps again.

I read about the defrag bug, that after a reboot or some time later Windows doesn't remember it has done (defrag/optimize) HDD already.

What if I disable the defrag service for some time until resolved.
