TeraByte Image For Windows Question

Does anyone use this program that can answer a question about this program? My question is: When you go to make a backup you have a choice of saving the image to either Windows Drives, which I have C & D drives listed as I have 2 internal hard drives. The other choice is to save to HD0 or HD1 which would be the same as above,C&D. What would be the difference? I am including the snapshot for you. Thanks.

The two "C's" and "D's" are the same. They're shown up top for convenience and included in the bottom for completeness (the bottom view shows all partitions including system ones).
