Go to one of the following sites and download whatever you want.

  1. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
  2. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO/  (How to use this site - see the spoiler below)
  3. https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php
  4. https://tb.32767.ga/get.php?id=1429

Howto use the second site

Spoiler

When you go to this website https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
then you won't see it there also now but actually it has been available since 10/10/2019.
But you can also download the ISO if you go to the page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO
Developer tools (if Chrome Ctrl+Shift+I) => Menu => More tools => Network conditions
and change User agent => uncheck Select automatically and from drop-down menu select what ever excluding Chrome - Windows, for example select Chrome - Android Mobile or what you like, and refresh site, close menu and You'll get this:

@Kalju If I am not mistaken from the links you posted you download the "consumer edition" but not the "business edition". Could you please clarify. Rgds.

From https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php You can download business .esd's. Decrypt/convert to .iso and use.

But the difference between business and consumer is licensing. So if You have volume license, You can download full iso

and volume edition.

Is MSDN downloads are different  from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 ?

the "consumer" 19H2 ISO downloads from MSDN are the same as the 1909/19H2 ISO downloads from that MS Techbench Win10 download site [ex. Win10_1909_English_x64.iso from the MS Win10 software download site is the same as en_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1909_x64_dvd_be09950e.iso from the MSDN site]

Basically from my point of view, it's better to use the Business for at least 2 reasons :

  • It doesn't any key (when you start the process to (re)install the OS (Why ? It's a VL))
  • We can choose the Enterprise (which apparently even today remain the best if you care about the privacy and the security)

And I rather to directly download the .iso (french, english, etc) because :

  • it's safe (we can check the hash (md5, etc) which prove it's an official)
  • and I don't have wait my time to understand how to decrypt/convert any .esd file (and it could be also a matter of habits)... Because after a few attempts, it doesn't seem to be very fast (No it could take a long moment (hours, etc) but it's various (each PC is different).
