Kalju Posted November 6, 2019 Share Posted November 6, 2019 It's a really good idea to hide, encrypt, block your files, or your entire computer, by any means using temporary software. But what happens when you no longer have this software tomorrow and all your files, etc., are hidden, encrypted, etc.? Absolutely true - then they are very well protected - no one can ever use them again. Nobody can never do something "smarter" if to block your own files forever and for everyone, including Yourself. Do You really think, it is that a good idea to use for such things software, what You have temporary? The better the software is, what you use to hide your files, the more likely it is to lose everything. mp68terr Posted November 6, 2019 Share Posted November 6, 2019 Other thoughts. Is this software stopping the encrypted/hidden/etc. files to be encrypted again? Usb and mobile connections can be blocked, same goes for browsers. What are family/friends supposed to do with a barely functional computer?
