Yet no changelog for 6.27.1.

I think there was no changes done by Gravila Martau relatively to the previous version (6.27.0.565). What  they did was to eliminate the effect of patches done by @remek002 and  Jongan . So this is a fake update.

Do you mean this literally? Or, replace the "x" with something else?

Name is "WinLicense 1.x"

On a clean install you don't need to delete them.

Thanks for clarifying this. I am going to install this for the first time on a new PC.

EDIT: Clean install

1. Install TU

2. Run RegFile

3. Start TU

I did a clean install of "Total-Uninstall-Setup-6.27.1.exe" on a new PC w/o a previous installation of TU. Next, I did a successful import of "TU standard.reg" to the registry. Next, I started TU. It asked for internet access which I denied. "Unregistered. Expires in 30 days" is the result. Is internet access an issue? Is there any trouble shooting I can do? It's a Windows 10 Pro x64 PC if that matters.

In others you may have an issues @TheEmpathicEar

I am not sure I understand? This is a thread for v6.27.1? @dickmaster's steps above were for this version? Can I install the above over v6.27.1? And, what process would I have to do in order to "activate" this?
EDIT: Also, there are a bunch of members who reacted to that post. Where are they now?

It's working for me.

Have not got any feedback, so i don't know if it's just you having problem.

Thx for the video. I did not know there are two installers: "Professional/Standard" and "Essential". I clicked on "Download" in the OP, and downloaded the "Professional/Standard" installer. If you check my post, you can see by the file names this is the case. Did you test this installer that I used and the corresponding reg file?

Going forward.

Do I need to uninstall my current TU installation? Or, can I install "Essential" over "Professional/Standard"? And, now that I am no longer doing a clean installation, do I need to remove the "WinLicense 1.x" from the registry?

Yes i also tested the "standard" version.

Just run "standard" regfile.

If not working, delete "winlicense 1.x and run regfile ones more.

I watched the video many times. I did exactly what was described in the video and your post above using the "Professional/Standard" installer, removing  "WinLicense 1.x" with Trashreg and using "TU standard.reg". "Unregistered. Expires in 30 days" is [still] the result. Is it possible the installer from the TU web site has been updated and so the reg file no longer works? The only other thing I can think of trying is the "essential" installer that you are using in the video.
