It saves time and extends user abilities on active work with flash drives, portable drives, card readers and other gadgets. The main disadvantage of using the built-in Windows safe removal tool is that in case of having several hot-plug devices it is quite difficult to recognize a device that needs to be stopped. jvidal Posted August 20, 2019 Share Posted August 20, 2019 anybody else having problems with v6.1.7???? now, every time I try to eject a device, it says that it couldn't find any processes blocking the device... on the other hand, the windows standard "safely remove hardware" dialog works correctly (after exiting usb safely remove).
