I think you have to first go to https://www.gog.com/gwent-welcome-bonus and click Subscribe and Claim option at the centre of the page. In the GOG Galaxy, you can search for GWENT and add it to your library, then visit the url above. Maybe these will help you get it, TBH, if you have already played, Witcher 3 or 2, you might not like it because it has very old graphics released way back in 2007 but it was pretty good game for that time.
