Please help me how to fix this problem my iphone 6s MMS Option Missing ?

My iPhone 6s I upgraded to IOS 12.4 and has not been able to send MMS. It was working perfectly before the upgrade as I send MMS quite often. Realize that i dont have turn on MMS option anymore. When sending a picture, the option to send via Message is not available.

tells you how to reset network settings.. 

then you have to set up phone to work with your phone service provider.. 

 

if it still doesn't work, wait til the next bugfix patch comes.. 

no going back to an earlier ios version..

thank my friend, I follow instruction your link is still won't work and I try to reboot my iPhone and I try take out the sim card and put sim card back it not help me at all , I don't know what to do and I think problem with new version 12.4 software
