If your looking for information on how this software operates and is better than the rest relating specifically to Windows Home server then you should go to the website.. and read up.. fairly explainable in easy language there.. but yeah clarification would be nice.. ( Pro Premier ) all of the bells and whistles.. checking it out.. first installation for me.. worked with the previous version.. Still a little cart in the first toolbar .. but the program is registered.. I did deny communication out however.. not for sure which part was trying to get out.. but I blocked it..Anyway when I booted up this morning it started saying my USB Key is an SSD.. was wondering if anyone with any experience knows anything about this and why it has decided to activate HyperFast and go with that setting for it..anyway using I-FAAST on the main drive...Looking to know if this happened automatically or if I should turn that off for the USB stick.. USB pen drives must be designated as SSD for the 'Hyperfast' to function. Generally Diskeeper designates USB pendrives correctly as SSD, automatically. I have re-defrag my drive for Performance/Recency with Ultimate Defrag.. somehow most of my files wound up on the the inside track.. ( in the background I guess ) I think I follow he idea behind it.. by looking at what files where placed where.. it would seem to be a decent approach.. that is if all of the technologies are used for placement.. (nothing else)Overall Diskeeper 2010 will not fully function as manual defrag will not work the second time round.Although the 'ItelliWrite' ( or something like that ) will continue to work.
