After having searched in many places on the net, I come here to describe my problem (hope I am in the right place) : I am running Windows Seven x64 SR1, Fr language. I installed 3 browsers : Chrome, Opera and Firefox. I (almost) always use Firefox, and old version (52.9.0 esr x86) for I have some extensions that I "need". The problem is : A friend of mine posted a video in his story. When I click to watch it, I only have the sound. The video does not play. I tried with Opera (last version) : same problem. I ran Chrome (last version) : worked fine. I have flash Player PPAPI and NPAPI installed (last versions) I searched solutions and tried many thing but nothing worked... - cleaned my firefox profile (history, cookies...) - uninstall my firefox and installed the last version - uninstalled Flash player and tried an older version (NPAPI, PPAPI) - updated my NVidia drivers to last version No way... Yes, sure, the easiest way is : "you have to use Chrome to open facebook" but I don't like it and don't want to use it. If somebody has a solution...
