i know ethcer is so much larger but it keeps all needed

loaders and stuff for old/different linux systems.

 

while rufus asks you to download them separately

which is not a problem unless you don't have internet.

Awesome.  I love that they added the ability to download the Windows ISOs diret in Rufus now.

@uffbros In this latest version 3.5 it's under the "boot selection menu" to the right where it says "select" you have to click the drop down button which reveals the ISO download option.  After you select "download" you then have to click on the word download and it runs a batch script that kicks up a GUI to choose your ISO image.

All that is doing is asking you to point it to your already downloaded .iso..It doesn't download any .iso's....Right?

'Check for updates' must be enabled to see that option.

Yes, I have Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 to choose from. No x86/x64 architecture selection.

@Stig  The means to choose the specific version and architecture is after you select "continue" for either Win10 or Win8.

Can anyone upload  full offline Rufus which does not require an internet connection to download  linux system files e.g. "vesamenu.c32"
