Betts1964 Posted March 20, 2019 Share Posted March 20, 2019 (edited) Hi, I have set up push mail on my 2 email apps (9mail and mymail) so I will be notified when I receive new emails. After 30 mins, my phone display will turn off until I use it again. With my 9 mail app, i still receive emails instantly. However, the mymail app, I will receive emails after a 1/2 hour after it is sent. Is this normal for some Mail apps or should I be receiving them right away? It's possible that the phone is aggressively shutting the app, either through Greenify or some other reason. It's also possible that you might be using two mail apps together, if so, avoid doing that. Another reason which can also be a problem with the app itself there.
