SPECTRUM

Visual C++ 2019 is BETA, imho BETA versions of C++ libraries shouldn't be included.

About the Runtimes tools, I like ricktendo's and, so, abbodi's works (others also) but Wilenty's versions seem to me the most interesting

Basic Runtimes

https://wilenty.org/basic-runtime-libraries/

Additional Runtimes

https://wilenty.org/additional-runtime-libraries/

AiO (Basic+Additional) Runtimes

https://wilenty.org/aio-runtime-libraries/

Wilenty offers a High Compression and a Low Compression version, for each tool. Moreover, his tools are rich of functions/options and can be used to install, update, uninstall and repair, by GUI or command line. The execution speed is incredibly fast and a final report is always available. All possible info are always displayed (maybe too much also). All tools are frequently and promptly updated, for now.

EDIT:
Wilenty's tools can be used starting from Windows XP.
At start, they execute the integrity check and, if needed, an alert is displayed.
The Basic edition permits selecting the needed  VC++ (2015, 2017 or 2019), in case installed programs can't work with the newest versions.
The Repair function of the Basic edition can be used when VC++ Runtimes can't be uninstalled using other methods (eg. error code 1603).

EDIT2:
