it's not true my friend, because i installed win7 on one of my machines on "UEFI + Legacy bios" because win7 cannot be installed on pure UEFI so i had no choice but to use mode "UEFI + Legacy bios" to be able to install win7 on second machine.

OK, I'll give up because for me is clear what the problem there is.

You just fooling us all here.

please don't take this badly, i didn't mean to hurt you, i just replied to what you said.

you said that you can't install windows with both "UEFI + legacy bios" and i just proved to you that you can install windows with both "UEFI + Legacy bios" enabled as it's what i did on my second machine to be able to install win7 on the machine. :)

sorry for the late reply, unfortunately all the soluttions that have been offered didn't work so i had no other choice but to do a clean install because i could't wait any longer as i needed the machine to be able to work on it.
