Hey everyone,

 

One of my new years resolution is to get healthier.  One of the ways I am trying to incorporate working out into my life is by enrolling in a marital arts class.  I recently started Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in my neighborhood.  It's very tough but fun.  I am trying to get better and become healthier.

 

Anyone here practice martial arts (doesn't have to be BJJ...can be karate, kick boxing, or anything) with advice?  

What was the most difficult for you?

What made you get better?

Anyone have any online resources they can share with me?
