Customize Update and Security Side Panel

Does anyone know how to customize the side panel in Windows Update and Security section? I noticed this just recently so I'm not sure exactly when it happen (although I would say that 1809 is the culprit) but it seems like some items options were added to this menu that I don't remember being there. The one that stood out the most was Delivery Optimization, since I always remembered Windows Update and Windows Security being right by each other. There are also some options that I would like to remove, like For developers and Windows Insider Program, since I don't have any use for them. Any suggestions on how to remove these settings from the side panel?

This is close to what I want. It removes them from the settings panel, but it also prevents me from access the feature at all. I just want to hide their visibility in the panel but still be able to access them.

You can find the group policy admx templates for all versions here:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=613627

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DeliveryOptimization!DODownloadMode

Set this policy to configure the use of Windows Update Delivery Optimization in downloads of Windows Apps and Updates.

Available mode are:

0=disable

1=peers on same NAT only

2=Local Network / Private Peering (PCs in the same domain by default)

3= Internet Peering

Will these options disable it from being visible in the side panel without disabling the feature entirely though?
