Your request should be associated with a picture opened on "Account Details" Open Malwarebytes Premium 3.6.1, then from "Settings" ==> Click on "Account Details" Take a screenshot and upload it to be associated with your request. After receiving the key; the helped member is supposed and expected to post his feedback; Post the "Account Details" screenshot again after activation.
