info999 Posted September 29, 2018 Share Posted September 29, 2018 (edited) Hey guys. I use tethering to create a WiFi hotspot for use on my Windows 10 PC. But I am having a strange issue., the download speed shown on Android differs significantly than on IDM . I am really puzzled, I hope you could tell my why and how to fix it. Administrator DKT27 Posted October 2, 2018 Administrator Share Posted October 2, 2018 Some member here explained to me that when you have VPN or any app that uses VPN based connections, enabled in Android, the traffic is counted twice and speed is shown as double than the real on Android.
