I checked with versions 5.42, 5.43, 5.44, 5.46 and 5.47 - nothing similar is not there. No backgrund updates, no background spying. Simply doesn't exist. Only what seems to be true, is removing Windows.old optin. I even thought of how this video was made, but so far, I can not figure out why you need to be a clear lie and do everything to destroy CCleaner. That's the purpose of someone.
