In the past, I remember @Pete 12 describing this software as "sneaky soft" [I think that was it] IOW, if it is not properly patched then it will "appear to work", but fail in some critical point? Either: type the password manually, or delete the spaces after pasting. Password appears to contains 16 characters but EditPlus counts 21!
