In first screen enter (twice if Extension Pack needed): 5.2.16-123759

 

Extract and run VirtualBoxPortable.

Don't use if you have VirtualBox installed.

 

Online installer is also setup extractor if you download VirtualBox-5.2.16-123759-Win.exe (111 MB) and Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-5.2.16-123759.vbox-extpack (19 MB) in its folder.
