Have the goalposts been moved, I'm certain it was only 25 posts when I tried before, now it's 30 or has old age caught up with my one remaining brain cell

Your subscription is held by Norton, at their end. Just login and it will connect with your details.

If you look at the first post in this thread you will see that you do not qualify. Your profile shows you have about 3 posts so why are you asking for a key?

Maybe i haven't explain well: I'VE FORMATTED MY PC, and i've reinstalled ALL. I don't have logins crdentials, i have previously used only a 180 key that i've obviously lost. Can i have one 180 days NAV or not? Thanks.

No, there's no 'maybe'. You said system restore.

And you didn't mention that you don't have your login credentials.

I was trying to help you because you didn't  appear to know how subscriptions work. They work exactly as I said they work. Your subscription is connected with your login to Norton.

But now it is clear what you want, a 180 day trial key, I'll send you  one

I'd appreciate an 180 day key should that be deemed possible. :)

I am currently using a key shared here in the forum and have not logged in with any Norton account. The only option i have is to try the same key on my mobile phone. I will try and report in a few minutes.

I assume you have a key so it will already be activated. So in Norton Security just go to 'Help' and in the bottom right-hand corner you will see 'Enter Product Key'. Click that and you will be able to paste your new key in. After a few seconds (while Norton verifies the key) you will be returned to your Norton and it should show your new trial period. That's it.
