@crisecure@MathewThis is the last version fixed. v2.8 - there is no working fixes available. Tested fixes show error and failed to fix. Hence, none tried to fix v2.8 version thereafter.

There is no Kon-Boot 2.7 or 2.8 - the only version currently available the 2.5.

Kon-Boot 2.7+ is an online download in the form of a ZIP file with a valid license ID as the filename.

That file is extracted and applied to the given USB device.

The only way to get it is to get someone's legit key and USB serial number.

That doesn't even guarantee the file will work out-of-the-box, it may need medicine.

The user who bought and shared this application is called: SamuRa1

Here's the simple way to write on USB:
- Attach a USB.
- Unpack the archive file you downloaded.
- Double click on "USB_INSTALL.vbs" inside kon-bootUSB folder.
- There will be no need to use any email and TXID this way. I tested and written on USB with success.

the delivered this solution check and comment

Since version 1.7 MAC has its own installer as found in the MAC folder in the archive.  First you have to install it using the license, then you can make the USB drive.   I haven't installed 2.8 yet because I currently do not have a MAC laptop.

You should also note the comment on Kon-Boot's site if you install it to USB in Windows without using the installer.

Quote

Manual installation to USB
Available for kon-boot v2.6 (if you use this feature in kon-boot v2.7 the older version (2.6) will be installed)

Pay them $25 and you can download it all you want for the next two days.  It isn't freeware.

The difference is I have the software and you don't.  If you want something bad enough then you pay for it, and when it comes to any type of system or security software you should always pay for it and use the actual retail version without any cracks, keygen, and blocking IPs or program files.
