Curiously, can everybody connect to this site?

I get an error message: 'This site can’t be reached www.newsoftwares.net refused to connect.'

maybe is your Host file?

see [C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts]

OMGosh! You hit it on the nose, you did. I don't remember ever putting it there. Every other entry I can account for.

Firewall block needed but I can't implement that due to various firewalls installed on every system (Windows firewall can be easily done) I use IPsec to block it.

Yes you are right tho!

My Host file were already implanted since the version before.

Was not done/written by me. If I write to the host, original is backup upon launching (Host_BackupbyAPPNAMEPortable) and restores back to original on exit.

Try removing the host blocking and see if it works.

No, it was done manually by me  since before, how ever i removed it and it's still working fine !

I know that the app will check sooner or later but wanted to experiment how long it will last.
