I need to buy a new smartphone - solved

Hi all, I recently bought an oukitel k6000 plus for my mom but less than three months after the purchase, the touchscreen doesn't work anymore. Amazon is refunding me, so I need a new phone. These phones are in my current price range:

Asus Zenfone 2

Huwawei P10 Lite

Huwawei P8 Lite 2017

Lenovo Moto G5S Plus

Nokia 6 (32GB edition)

Which of these is best? Or is there a better option? My current budget is 200-250 euro.

Thanks in advance, eurotrash

nokia is not so userfriendly but they could have changed something ,

lenovo and asus have experience in pc's but not in phones .

Fully agree ; especially not buy these two brands. For SmartPhone

From my point of view, as today I would rather a smartphone with a decent battery (only to give a few examples : Doogee BL12000 or the Oukitel K10000-max (etc)).

But I haven't change my smartphone since a very very long time. Then I don't have any advice but it might help a little to made your choice.

Just an opinion.

Nokia was the better manufacturer of mobile. But for SamrtPhone  was just catching up . Compared to the other manufacturers of SmartPhone.

  • Oukitel K10000 Max
  • HOMTOM HT70
  • Energizer Power Max P16K Pro
  • etc

This post is just a reminder (specially for myself) and one tiny update. Because I have made a few search (on this subject) and discover 2 others examples.

What about LineageOS ? For now, I don't have any idea.... Because no I didn't have the time to understand the process...  We don't have any tutorial, right ? Unless I didn't find it ?

A little advice (or resume) will be nice.

Have you looked at the new Motorola G6?

Lots of problems with LineageOS.  Best source of information is XDA.

IMO, Asus products despite hype for some models, are not the worth and may be avoided.

There are issues and issues with Asus products with a poor support from Asus.
