When you clear data you also clear old sign in page as soon as you enter mail in the promotion page after that open new browser page and capy sign in page below: https://adguard.com/en/login.html You will be auto sign in and key should wait there for you. As far as the accounts and licenses are concerned, I have activated one immediately, and it shows my desktop inside the personal account control panel. That part is OK. The other license is tied to another email address, and is sitting in a different personal account. It registers as not yet active. However, the control panel makes no mention of a bonus license, it just says premium license, 1 computer and 1 android device, and "not yet activated". To me it sounds as if I "purchased" a license and simply have it on balance, as if in a bank account. It seems as if I can hold it there indefinitely, as if I were a genuine customer?
