activate Arcrobat in Firefox

After the last Acrobat Update (15.020.20042) i was wondering as I started a portable Firefox. The Acrobat PlugIn was back. Only on my installed Firefox the plugin is not present :(

I try to use C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Browser\WCFirefoxExtn\chrome\WCFirefoxExtn.jar with the Java command: java -jar WCFirefoxExtn.jar but the answer is Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile WCFirefoxExtn.jar

Is there any way to get that Acrobat PlugIn working in Firefox? (it works perfect in Vivaldi, but I don't like this browser, only use it if Firefox has a problem whit a site)

You can't run acrobat plugin in FF x64 as you can't run java plugins.

64-bit firefox is not compatible with a lot of plugins and extensions.

Why? Ask Mozilla.

That's the bitter truth...

All extensions I use (12) are compatible but maybe it is a useful hint to try the same on a 32Bit Firefox

you make my day - uninstalled Firefox x64 and installed Firefox 32Bit and the Adobe PlugIn is present

Lucky for you if all are working but some of them were not coded to allow 64bit FF to run them.

As for plugin, in the case of Flash, adobe is supporting 64bit with Activex, PPAPI and NPAPI so of course it works.

In the case of Java, FF 64bit cannot run it even though Java x64 exists.
