folder attributes are not copied

On some folders I use an icon to identify them more faster. For this, folders need "S" and/or "R" attributes (System and/or Read Only).

When I was on Win 10 1511 64bits French and I would copy/move to an USB stick or an external HDD, attributes were also copied/moved on the new folder and sub-folder et I didn't need to do anything about this.

Since I came on Win 10 1607 64bits French and did the same copy/move, attributes are not copied/moved anymore and I have to set "S" and/or "R" at each time on each folder and each sub-folder (using File Menu Tools which is more fast than using Explorer/Properties).

My question : is there any location in Registry where I can solve this problem ?
