This is due to there not being any new builds or news for over a week. This is highly unusual.Also, Wzor made the build 16385 using the files and folders from the VHD (virtual image). So it's not an untouched ISO. For that you will have to wait until 24th July at the earliest, where it should be leaked through OEM's for the english language.
