Download Unlocker 1.9.2, a really tiny, but extremely useful utility – it will help you get access to the files that are “locked” – when certain programs use your files you might not be able to rename, move, or delete them. If you don’t want to reboot your computer every time you see the “Cannot delete file: Access is denied” message, then all you need is Unlocker. Once installed, you can simply right-click on the file or folder and are then presented with three options: Kill Process, Unlock, and Unlock All - once you make your choice, you are again in full control of your files.

Why Unlocker is best? Here the unlocking features:
  • Close handle
  • Kill process
  • Unload DLL
  • Delete index.dat
  • Delete Rename Move
  • Invalid Names
  • Without reboot
  • With reboot
  • Context Menu
  • Command Line / GUI
  • Freeware
ps if its fake think Malwarebytes Anti-Malware wood remove it
get real internet-download-manager

After performing a Full Uninstall & Reboot, Run IDM Leftovers Cleaner Batch Script with Admin Rights. (Check below given Download Links).

To Disable IDM System Start up, Navigate to Options --> Un-tick "Launch Internet Download Manager on Startup".

Edit Note: Fully tested this Workaround using Latest Build Version idman621 on my main Machine & is successfully working without any glitch. No Nag screens/pop-ups about Fake serial no. & trial period Expired.
Now, it's an unregistered Copy with full 30 days trial period. ;)
