This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin as well as images and other files that have been deleted by user error from digital camera memory cards or MP3 players. Just recently I accidently started to format a nfts drive (2 tb loaded with all types of files) in the mac file system. I realized my mistake and hit cancel as soon as humanly possible. Alas the drive was no longer accessible. It wouldn't even show up in windows explorer file manager. I tried about 10 of this type of software and the only one that worked was r-studio.
