Works very well in Win7x64,drag and drop no problems ! Takes 130Mb of diskspace. Burns as a blazing jetfighter!

Which Nero Burning Rom is newer; 15.0.03900 or this portable 15.0.25000 ?? And whats the difference between these two?

Anybody who knows, for I want to install the last Nero-version.

Drag and drop doesn't work for me either. I'm on Win7 x64.

Drag & Drop is related to privileges..

there is no way around this if an application requires Elevated Privileges..

i've tried explaining many times before..

The only solution is to disable UAC, if Drag & Drop is important to you..

Even regular Apps under Windows 8 are unable to support Drag & Drop w/UAC enabled..

it has to be disabled in the registry..

That's how it is... it is out of my hands..

Until Microsoft lets up on this stupid UAC crap..

FYI: for all those that are afraid to disable UAC.. *read this article.. it's one of the best at explaining the uselessness of UAC.

- not to mention.. through all the years.. UAC has NEVER prevented a single virus on my PC.

- in addition, it hogs memory.. for what? to hold your hand and ask "are you sure" before you do anything?

* ok.. i've lost track of that article.. i had it on a txt file but must've deleted it.. but he went into the true purpose of UAC and it's not to help the end-users.. but to cover their own flaws .. but at the expense of users.. i'll continue to dig around for it.

Grow a pair.. learn to use a PC!

Did not work in Windows 8.1

People who know me.. know i hate these kind of comments..

it reeks of insincerity..

if i had a problem.. i'd give a bit more details..

can you show me a screenshot?

FYI: im running Windows 8.1 x64.. look at the screenshots..

- unlike most developers.. i also test under all OSes, except Vista, before releasing.

@FukenGruven Hey man just to be clear i was not saying that you have to make drag and drop work, because we have had this conversation before and i know what's going on. I am even trying to solve it in my Launcher gui. You do awesome work and please keep them coming. Drag and Drop will be solved eventually. Thanks for your hard work.

p.s. And nero video would be a great add if possible...

No UAC on my machine, always off!! UAC does not good at all!!

My advice;switch this *******UAC off,and youl be delighted how smooth a Win7x64 can do the job!! ( your installed software will be happy too!)
