Uninstalling 5.8_x64, going back to 5.7_32-bit, will show the same messages, until the (apparently newly created) 'C:\Program Files\PowerISO\App' has been deleted.(x64). Which therefore seems to have related content.This gave me an idea.After installing and registering 5.7_32-bit (Lz0), I installed 5.8 x64. It's registered. Modified and burned a 4gb iso with 5.8.
