Can't activate by phone :angry:

then i check with office toolkit 2.4.7.

When you call MS what installation ID did you use it looks like you are missing all point here you can not get installation ID using Toolkit 2.4.7 you need disable you internet connection then apply key and go through phone activation to order to get an Installation ID please read the instruction about phone activation method on page one on the top of the topic!

I personally would uninstall all traces of old Office installations and clean registry, to avoid any future conflicts, then reinstall.

Then you could ask november rain for confirmation ID.

You have installed Retail version, you need to install VL

Use KMSpico v8.2 ( found on first page with instructions) which will convert installed Retail to VL if it is necessary and activate it.

or

see first page for instructions "Convert Office/Visio/Project 2013 Retail to Volume Via Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.7"

No need to convert to VL. Just use a Retail key from first post.

Also you used a blocked key that's why you can't activate your Office.

No need to convert to VL. Just use a Retail key from first post.

tried ti change key in a retail one but via phone no way!! i should download kmspico??

If you wish to to activate Via Kms Activator just download and start the application its full automatic you don't need to click anything after start.

Unable to activate you probably call MS and make mistake during call therefore change the code send us different installation to help you by the mean time read about how to change activation code under one of the spoiler.

KMSpico - is the ideal tool to activate the final version of Windows 7/8 and Office 2010/2013. Actuator does not require user intervention, the entire activation process takes place in the background, just run the activator and a couple of minutes to check the activation status of Windows and / or Office.

How This Program Works:

1. Run KMSELDI.exe

1.2. Convert Retail to VL if it is necessary.

1.3. If it found a non-permanent product it will converted. (hacktivators based in modified dll's ARE NOT PERMANENT) (MAK or OEM keys are the only ones PERMANENT)

1.4. Create a random service kms emulator in memory.

1.5. Activate for 180 days all VL products installed against the emulator.

1.6. Close emulator and KMSELDI.

2. Install Service KMSELDI

2.1. Every windows start or every 24 hours the service reactivate for 180 days (reset the count) with a random kms emulator.

2.2. Close emulator.

3. KMSELDI + Service KMSELDI = "permanent".

Recommendations:

- Disable Microsoft Security Updates.

- Make exceptions to Directory %ProgramFiles%\KMSpico in Antivirus.

In case you want do everything manually, check the *.cmd scripts inside; they work without .NET Framework 4.0.

I suggest to use OEM Portable Edition cause you do not need to uninstall and reinstall again ever coming edition!

Key is working but installation ID not verified have you tried to use any crack in the past to activate your office.

Do following first...........

Open cmd with elevated privileges, (run as admin), and enter:
sfc /scannow
Then open cmd with elevated privileges again and type in:
slmgr.vbs /rilc
It should restart at least once as it verifies files and fixes corrupt ones.

Then try other key to activate also if you are calling MS don't! just dropped the installation ID here once again some one call and get Confirmation ID!

Also if you try to install other keys such as Volume License Keys that may blocked your installation ID getting right therefore you should delete all the existing key in your system too how to do that on fist page under the spoiler tag of >>>>>> How to delete your block keys in Office 2013

This should fix all activation files.
After all these fix then try to install the key again!
