How can it be done and would the LG gt540 would be fully functional and support Adobe Flash???

That's possible, but you better find forum specialized for that. But, from what I could read, there is high possibility that you will lose some features, like 3g not working, camera not working, even sound not working. If it's not everything working, it's not worth a trouble, in my opinion.

Not possible at all to make fully support flash - only liteflash. Flash was not write for this processors so his funcions has cut off a lot. I recommend this project: http://4pda.ru/forum...howtopic=217933 It's russian page but use translator. This is ported Cyanogenmod and works great on my gt540.
