The game is in Beta at this point in time, with the Redmond company almost mute on the new offerings, save for the promise that it plans to share additional details soon. According to what little information is available, the Neosaurs Beta made its debut on December 9th, 2010, but despite being live for over a week, the software giant is not rushing with any information about the project.“Deep below the Earth's surface, Inner Earth is in trouble and needs your help! Raise your very own Neosaur and play for free with your friends in a new massively multiplayer RPG (MMORPG) adventure,” Microsoft revealed via the game’s website. “Play with your friends and explore the extensive lore and endless adventure in the magical land beneath. You can evolve your Neosaur into a ferocious Rex, strong Cera, or agile Ptera.”Microsoft recommends that users have machines equipped with 2.4 GHz and higher CPUs (Pentium Core2Duo Recommended), 2 GB and higher of RAM, and highspeed Cable/ADSL/Fiber Optic (1 Mbit/s and higher). The game is designed for Windows users and will only work in Internet Explorer 7, 8 or higher. It appears that the Microsoft Game Studios have partnered with Camelot Media Investments (CMI) in order to build Neosaurs, which makes this MMORPG a casual game in the MMO space.“You can play the game on Neosaurs.com using your existing Facebook or Windows Live (e.g. Hotmail, Messenger) account. Tell your friends and family! We look forward to hearing your feedback and suggestions on our Forums as well as in-game. Thank you for playing the Neosaurs Open Beta!” Microsoft added. There is no info on how long the Beta will last, or when the final version of Neosaurs is planned for general availability.
