0.8.13
- fixed bug that would cause clients to hang on downloading files
- protect against corrupted state from older experimental builds (if your client was endlessly saying "Uploading n files..." then this will fix that)
- other small fixes

we strongly recommend making a backup of your dropbox before upgrading to this build as we'll need a few weeks to be certain of its stability. in particular, please be careful with files that contain xattrs and most importantly resource forks! we will rapidly release new builds every couple days to snipe the most common issues as they arise.
