I have no trouble updating from version X.0 to X.1, but when I check for updates to go from X.1 to Y.0, it says that I'm using the latest version. Firefox 63 is in the Beta channel and moves to the Stable release tomorrow. Web Render is now enabled in the Beta channel but won't be enabled for the Stable release for a few more cycles.
