If you try Magnet with uTorrent (or qBittorrent) it would download. Just a guess but maybe BiglyBT is having trouble because I don't add Trackers? What you mean with Portable? uTorrent is Portable by default if you place it in the specific path with its configuration file! Otherwise your portable will leave left overs in firewall rule.
