Chromium 66.0.3359.117 stable

Unofficial stable Chromium 66.0.3359.117-r540276 builds for Windows 7-10 by Nik. Officially, Chromium does not have a stable release. Google Chrome is the stable release... but it is not open-source. Chromium Authors release only unstable Dev builds to end users although Chromium is continually in development. Stable Chromium is compiled from the current Chromium with all patches. In version 66.0.3359.117 there are 117 patches which correct many issues (bugs, feature requests, enhancements...) to the original Chromium.

I know, you can do it, I don't. :tooth: I have used new Chromium developer builds sometimes but never again. I'm not alpha tester, I like that browser works without problems.

Chromium 66.0.3359.117-r540276 is new build, released 3 days ago, a day after Chrome stable 66.0.3359.117 was released.

There are other Chromium projects than Nik's: Ungoogled, Iridium, SRWare Iron... Maybe Nik could rename his great builds?

Sorry if this great share was too much for You or somebody else. We are different... :hi:
