before use specific tools

Rpair method

do you have try automatic repair? if no try this or this or this

Shadow copy recover method

every time you work with some file office create temp files and delete it after close
may be you can recover old good not corrupt version

use any recovery tool you want and recover delete files
if you find old excel documents recover it

If your file is on a network share, try this:

- open Explorer and locate the file in question
- Right-click the file, select Properties.
- Click the Previous Versions tab.

YacoubBeghal has now come back as SeoUki — typical spam scam, advertising here while hiding in plain sight (expect some more proxy handles — all one-post-wonders.) :lmao:

This is clever spotting by you (thanks for reporting!). I feel like sad closing this topic, because we could make jokes about it. But topic closed because of spam scam alert activated.
