Please specify, do clicks on the empty surface of the desktop, on some folder icon on the desktop, or on empty surface of the open folder.
If you can not explain, post a picture of where you clicked.

Not 100% sure, but it's likely the context menu of the folder. open regedit.exe and then go
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
and see if there's the same text somewhere, if is, send again picture

(open regedit.exe = Win Key + R = write in window regedit => click OK)

I found it at HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Shell\command

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\Shell\command

Gota love that registry workshop program

Something is wrong, such a registry key should not exist at all, and even if it is there, it should not be visible in any way in the right click submenu.

Well it's fixed now. ?

I did have trouble uninstalling it at one point, so maybe it was some kind of error?

I did a search on registry workshop and found those entries. I then backed up those entrys and then deleted them. Which fixed the problem. Looks like it was a command to open the paintshop  pro program?

I did re-install paintshop pro, and that command served no purpose cause It gave an error when clicked on.

It probably was some kind a shortcut to open up the paint shop pro program, but I don't know why it was on when you clicked on a folder weird.
