It´s here: http://free-rar.free.bg/ Download one of those (very, very old) WinRAR versions and only use the included key. Still works without any problems. I always leave the rarreg.key from the previous version in the folder after it's uninstalled and as soon as next version is installed, it's already reg'd... But I always download the KeyGens when I see them, and I'm thankful for them..
