There might be some common minor issues between staff but nothing big. None of the inactive staff are inactive due to issues between staff. We are quite friendly and busy of a staff to fight each other. All the staff who are inactive are due so due to their personal reasons. They are very busy in real and cannot contribute. I think I have mentioned before but will mention again, shought has almost retired from forum issues unless really required. He's all server side admin right now. Lite is busy too. CC, you guys know what problem he is having, similar is with Reefa and even jordan if I may say so. I cannot reveal more details due to many reasons. We would like to see jordan back too. But we have no information about him right now. It's like that it's due to issues I have mentioned above. All the donation money currently are going into paying the server fees. If you ask me, server is powerful enough, but problems are causing it to get overloaded. I must mention, it gets overloaded over time, meaning, it may take 20-25 days for it to get overloaded completely then requiring some rest to be fixed. Due to shought's highly limited time, he has tried everything he can, but it requires more indepth look by experts or even himself, which we are trying but it's still not possible right now. If anyone has or knows someone with expertise in the database who is willing to help, then I can talk to shought about it. If not, then we need to wait for Lite to get time for it. We are always on the lookout for new staff. But they should be the right person. A lot of good members either contribute too little or good contributors are known to engage in meaningless conflicts not suitable for a staff. Some of it needs further approval from Lite though. And good contributes may be good members and play their role effectively; this also is no bar to their being good moderators, as they may play their new role effectively (it's like one woman playing so many roles effectively -- at the same time -- a daughter, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a cook, a nurse, a good neighbor, a great manager at work, and so on).
