LockHunter is useful for fighting against malware, and other programs that are blocking files without a reason. Unlike other similar tools it deletes files into the recycle bin so you may restore them if deleted by mistake. Microsoft banned long time ago all suspicious tools and software, which attempt to manipulate the system files and used files too. If you need some copy, rename, deleting, you must use Live CD. As far as theming Windows 10 Microsoft has broke this unless you use Microsoft ones or Windows blinds but they break that on windows updates when explorer updates to much changes going on and I use windows 8.1 so I don't have this problem nothing really changed since Update 3. Reboot computer. Stop it's process from Task Manager and use your unlocker to copy, rename or delete Persi0.sys file in drive "C". Hope you will enjoy with your unlocker.
