But If not possible, copy only branding.dll and CCleaner.dat files into CCleaner instal folder. Any kind of C++ 2015 Visual... not needed. Just now downloaded this "Latest ONLY-CORE", it is the same, which has been already more than several years. Works absolutely correctly without no C++ 2015. The problem should be something else. There's 2 versions then - the "latest" one, and another I got quite a while back. Both have different hashes, too.
