Holmes Posted May 6, 2017 Share Posted May 6, 2017 My girlfriends phone is having a problem I have fixed the problem before by deleting cache I think now its back. It used to be if she tried to visit fifth third bank on her phones browser using the internet icon on the main screen she would get a white screen blank white screen. Now she gets a blank white screen on every website. I have deleted all the cache from the google app and deleted all cookies. Holmes Posted May 11, 2017 Author Share Posted May 11, 2017 I have did my research and it seems alot of users of this phone are having problems. I decided to download and try mozilla firefox and it works no blank white screens I guess there is a problem specific to google chrome and the htc desire 510 phone no problem my girlfriend has been using firefox and is happy now.
